Cascade Restoration

My wife and I are blessed to know Casey and his company Cascade Restoration and Construction. We had a water leak at our house, and I was referred by a friend. Casey and his team have been amazing guiding my family and I through this process. Casey has been very honest and thorough with the mitigation and re-built process. Casey was understanding easy to work with during this hard time that my family and I had to endure. During this process he guided us on how to handle the claim side and was clear on expectations on what to expect during the rebuilt. He was able to pinpoint all the damages at the house, gave us options on both hardwood flooring and tiles. I would definitely recommend this company. We were referred to Casey and Cascade Restoration by a friend of ours that was dealing with a complex claim and extensive structural damage to his home. After noticing water damage in our own home, we promptly reached out to Casey. He immediately answered our call and was at our home to inspect all areas of concern within 24 hours.  He was able to address our concerns in person and mitigated all areas to prevent continued damage. Casey answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained the claims process so that we clearly understood the next steps. He didn't stop there. After filing an insurance claim, he maintained constant and open dialogue with us, navigating us through the complicated and frustrating process. He is well connected with many of the local experts (tile, flooring, roofing, etc.) which set our minds at ease when trying to figure out the next steps. Although it is unfortunate to deal with any damage with our property, we were extremely fortunate to be referred to Casey and Cascade Restoration for all his hard work, knowledgeable advice and constant communication through the process. We would 100% recommend him and Cascade Restoration for any restorative or renovative needs.

  We were in need of some mitigation work due to a leaking dishwasher which we had noticed from some newly warped laminate flooring in our kitchen. We were referred to a local restoration company by our insurance provider. We called the referred-to restoration company multiple times and left them multiple messages, and as of two weeks later, we still haven't heard from them. Apparently, they were only interested in commercial jobs and showed no interest in our small, unimportant, and less-financially profitable residential business. During this time, we were also referred to Cascade Restoration & Construction by one of our friends, and we are happy with their VERY quick response. Casey was onsite within one day, and he had the leak from our dishwasher isolated and fixed over the next 3 days. We are now ready to have our damaged flooring replaced as already approved by our insurance provider. Cascade Restoration's communication has been very punctual, and very up front. I would recommend them to anyone!
